Elemental Myth is a series of pins featuring mythical creatures, surrounded by or interacting with elemental energy - wind, water, fire, and more!
This series of pins consists of several themed sets. Each set will have one large, deluxe pin featuring a full-body mythical creature surrounded by elemental energy, a standard sized pin of the mythic creature, mini pins with complimentary elemental decoration, a pair of earrings, and a pendant necklace. Our initial funding goal will allow the production of the Wyvern Wind and Phoenix Fire pin set, with the possibility of unlocking additional elemental creature sets if certain stretch goal funding thresholds are met!
This Campaign has an initial funding goal of $1500. Reaching the Backerkit funding goal will allow us to fund and produce the Wyvern Wind Collection as well as the Phoenix Fire Collection.
Individuals who back this project can choose what pledge level, addons, and rewards they would like to receive. Backing the project helps to fund the production of these items. You are not charged for your pledge until the campaign ends, and can change your pledge at any time up until the campaign ends.
Funding Unsuccessful: If we fail to reach our funding goal by the campaign end date, the campaign will be considered unsuccessful. Backers who pledged will not be charged.
Funding Successful: If we reach our funding goal, the campaign will be considered successful; backers who pledged will be charged for the pledge level and amount they pledged to contribute at, and the unlocked pins will begin production.
The following options the currently available rewards. More options may become unlocked as we reach stretch goal targets to fund the production of additional designs, so check back frequently!
If we reach funding milestones beyond the initial goal, we will be able to produce additional collections featuring even more mythical creatures! Potential stretch goals include the Gryphon Rime Collection, the Unicorn Glade Collection, the Kitsune Blind Collection, and the Dragon Tide Collection.
Pintopia is the largest collaboration I've been a part of. There's so many different projects to explore and several of the creators have teamed up to offer free pins in various ways. Returning Backer
You can receive the Wyvern Tail mini pin for free if you back Elemental Myth and were also a backer of my previous Backerkit project, Isopod Colony. This pin will automatically be added to your pledge in the Pledge Manager stage if you were a backer of both projects. This mini pin is also available for individual purchase in the "Wyvern Wind" designs, but being a returning backer is an opportunity for you to receive a copy for free!
Early Bird
You can receive the Phoenix Wing mini pin for free if you back Elemental Myth in the first 48 hours. This pin will automatically be added to your pledge in the Pledge Manager stage if you back in the 48 hour timeframe. This mini pin is also available for individual purchase in the "Phoenix Fire" designs, but backing in the first 48 hours is an opportunity for you to receive a copy for free!
Lore & Myth
You can receive a free armadillo lizard Ouroboros pin if you back 3 or more projects from the Lore and Mythbanner. This pin will automatically be added to your pledge in the Pledge Manager stage if you back 3 or more projects from the Lore & Myth banner.
I have partnered with Dream Vale Studios for this project. If you back both Elemental Myth and the Dragon Hoard Keepers campaign, you will receive a free cross collaboration reward from both campaigns with the Fire & dIce collaboration pin set. If you back both campaigns, this pin will automatically be added to your pledge in the Pledge Manager stage if you were a backer of both projects. I will send you the dIce gryphon when your awards arrive from Elemental Myth; Dream Vale Studios will send the Fire Keeper when your rewards arrive from Dragon Hoard Keepers!
Dragon Hoard Keepers is a campaign to create a huggable 7" companion plush designed to safely stow your favorite trinkets, tokens, coins, and other polyhedral treasures! There's even a mini version of this charming plush friend! In addition, hobby-hoarders can celebrate their love of collecting their favorite things through dragon hoard enamel pins. These dragon collectors hoard their favorite dice, yarn, potions, and more!
The following are the estimated shipping rates for Elemental Myth, and include estimates for tracking and insurance. Please note that these rate are estimates only. The final rates will be calculated in the pledge manager post-campaign based on weight, destination country, and shipping rates at the time the pledge manager goes out.
International recipients are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes owed on receipt of their packages. I am unable to offer shipping to the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Northern Ireland, Norway, and Switzerland due to GPSR regulations. I am unable to offer VAT shipping to the UK for this campaign, but the elemental creature goodies will be available to UK residents via Etsy once the campaign concludes and rewards have been shipped out.
February 2026 - Surveys are sent to Backers to allow for design selection, additional addons, and shipping charges.
March 2026 - Pins, Pendants, Earrings, and Packaging go into production!
May 2026 - Production Concludes.
May 2026 - June 2026 - Product arrives to be checked, graded, and packaged.
June 2026 - July 2026 - Rewards are shipped to backers.
This is the expected timeline and cadence of the pin production.
I feel confident in this timeline, but the nature of producing projects such as these can sometimes mean that unforeseen delays or hurdles can happen, particularly regarding the evolving tariff situation. I will post monthly updates in the community section with the progress of the project, photos, and information about what’s happening. If any delays occur, they will be communicated and backers will be kept up-to-date with where things are at, and any changes to the timeline.
My name is Jessica Peffer, and I’ve been an illustrator for many years. Formerly known as NeonDragonArt, I’m the author of several how-to-draw books, a co-creator and administrator of Flight Rising, and a strange little creature enthusiast! Elemental Myth will be is my second enamel pin crowdfunding project.
