Lost Level

The $2 and $8 pledge levels specifically say that the Lost Level encounter is a pdf ("Lost Level (PDF-Encounter 9)") but the higher pledge levels don't ("Lost Level (Encounter 9)"). Does that mean that the higher pledge levels have a print Lost Level encounter?
