Hopping into your mailbox with an update! (In case you backed my previous project, sorry for all the extra emails that almost reads the same, ahaha!)
The survey's have been locked and cards have been charged! There are currently 8 with failed card charges but that won't stop me from preparing for the fulfillment. Do check if you have a message about your failed charge and have it fixed asap!

As we speak my partner has been un-bagging all the pins ready to check the quality of them all.
This week I'll order the backing cards for the pins! The pins will have to wait until these arrive, but in the meantime other orders I'll be collecting all the orders to a speedy fulfillment once the cards arrive.

In total I have about 80 parcels to pack for this project and with other deadlines still active (along with an active crowdfunding project at the same time) I'll be packing them at a slower pace. In February the parcels will all be shipped off to their new homes tho!

Now is the time to finalize the address you want me to ship the items to! If you need more time for a final address, due to a move or something, please let me know (comments below, dm on instagram/bsky, contact through contact form on my webshop) and I'll think along as what we can do.

Leftovers of this crowdfunding project will hit my webshop later and will be available at the upcoming conventions as well.

Great news today in my inbox from my contact, the Floris the Frog enamel pins are being shipped off!
She added a bunch of pictures of them and they look so good, I can't wait to see them irl.

The surveys will be locked and charged when the pins arrive.
If I have to pin-point a date for it I would say around 26th January.
Fulfillment will start once they arrived and grading has been done. 
May this be your heads up for the charge of the card!

With the last 20-ish hours left I went ahead and unlocked the Witch Floris pin design by myself. We're so close the last few days it's a shame if the Witch can't join the line up. I had to check some financial stuff first to see if I would be able to offer this but it seems I can!

So all designs are now available to choose from!

We'll speak soon once the campaign has ended. First up for me is to set up the pledge manager to send out the survey's. Expect the surveys no sooner than 2 weeks from now, but it might probably be a bit later than that.

Today I've sent off all the last 26 parcels (mostly US backers) to my postal service. And so all orders that have a completed survey and paid for the shipping are officially out of the door and hopping their way to their destination!

In total I have 3 people who didn't fill in their survey and 3 people whose card has failed to charge for the survey (and shipping). I've tried to charge them again today but no luck.

I will leave this for a couple of weeks but will close the survey in April and consider all not filled in surveys and failed charges as donations.

As he is my original character it is extra special when folks show their love for it.

Very soon, the Froggoween survey will frog hop into your mailbox! It’s essential to respond to your survey as quickly as possible since I need this information to order the correct amount of enamel pins with my manufacturer.

The survey will also collect the address to which the enamel pins and other add-ons need to be shipped to. During the survey you can also still add extra items, in case you wish to add another pin or sticker sheet.

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)

At a later date, one I'll update you all about again, I will lock the surveys. No changes can be made after that and the shipping costs (and possible extra add-ons) will be charged on your cards. Again, I will update before hand so you can prepare your credit cards or double check your shipping address.

For the US backers: the survey will also collect the tariff! This will be 15% on the total order value. The survey will mention this in an extra line, so it's extra clear how much this extra fee is. With paying this, your package will go through customs straight away when shipped. No surprises with extra costs!
