Our designers and fine artists are held to the highest standard of quality and ethics to produce authentic and appropriate artwork. We care about the individual artists and their livelihoods. Because of this, we refuse to use AI in any part of our product in any way.

Yes, indeed! We'll be using BackerKit as our pledge manager. About 2-3 weeks after the campaign concludes, you'll receive an email with a survey. In that survey, you can share your address, upgrade your pledge tier, and add any extra items you'd like.

After the BackerKit campaign ends on November 12th, BackerKit will automatically charge the payment method you selected. If you've chosen a physical reward, please note that you'll still need to cover shipping costs (check our estimated prices) and any applicable sales tax. The exact amount depends on your order, location, and local tax rates.

Stretch goals are additional products and features we aim to unlock as our BackerKit campaign reaches certain funding milestones. They will be automatically included in your pledge of the relevant tier and do not increase the cost of their respective included tier.

Yes! When we send out the BackerKit survey, you can upgrade your pledge. This upgrade option is available to all backers, regardless of the tier you have chosen. You'll have the flexibility to enhance your experience if you wish. We want to ensure you have the best options to enjoy stand\DELIVER your way!

Once you've selected a tier during checkout, you can include add-ons. If you didn't choose them initially, you can easily add them later by clicking on 'manage your pledge' and then 'change your pledge.' Furthermore, when we send out our surveys, you'll have another opportunity to increase your pledge and purchase add-ons. There's no need to be concerned about missing out.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
