Hi I've tried emailing and contacting on Instagram and haven't had a response. There is a loose wire in my Berry that pokes me when I hold it and is close to the surface, it is on the wing attachment. The other side is fine. I'd like to request a replacement please.

had to cancel my order on the next set due to the $125CAD brokerage UPS is charging on delivery in canada. $40CAD shipping fee makes it $165CAD on a $350CAD package, which is more than i can continue to afford.

Additionally, I have to be transparent in the fact I ran out of adoption papers. I ordered more from a local printer so I should have them in a few days - I apologize for a final delay.
