I've been made aware of some shipping charge issues. I think I know the root cause, but I can't really get to the bottom of it or solve it until Backerkit help desk gets back to me.

In the meantime: If you've encountered an issue with the shipping charge, please use Backerkit help desk to open up a ticket. I'll work with them on my end to resolve it, but it's best to also have an open ticket on your end.

Update to Clarify: The specific issue appears to be people who ordered digital only and get hit with a shipping charge.

I'm very sorry for any issues and we'll work it out as quickly as possible.

Update on Fixes: It looks like I can issue manual refunds. If you're affected by this: in addition to contacting Backerkit, email me at TableCatGames [at] gmail [dot] com with your Backerkit email and I can take care of that for you.

Updated on Fixes 2: While digging around in the bowels of Backerkit, I believe I have found a lot of the people affected and have corrected what I can. If you see a shipping charge you shouldn't have (because you ordered digital only), please still email as noted previously.
