This is a short film directed by Tae-Young K.C. and Julius T.V. It's a small project we've been brewing together for a while. We hope to work on even bigger and brighter ideas in the future!
Presence is a 2D animated short film about two kids living on an island surrounded by monsters. The girl and the boy lead seemingly normal lives amidst this chaos. However, when the girl suspects her friend is being mistreated at home, she fearlessly takes on the challenge to safeguard him, regardless of the odds.
Secluded on an island in the middle of a chaotic, sea monster-filled ocean, a small village worships a dragon that circles and protects the people. Their ancient temples are etched with the mysterious ritual that involves burning in the dragon's fire to become a ghostly guardian, forever indebted to protecting the island and its people.
