These are those boring but necessary things that make an event run smoothly. Backers of this tier will have their name (or company) gratefully listed in the convention program and receive a Tapestries 2026 enamel pin.
Signage
Improve convention navigation! We'd like to get pop-up or A-frame signs to welcome and guide attendees.
Room Dividers
Help game runners maximize their event spaces! There’s an endless hunger for room dividers, so we’re going to need more this year.
Photo Booth
Document those killer costumes! We'd like to set up a space for people to take photos with decent lighting and a backdrop.
Game Runner Boxes
Upgrade the Game Runner boxes! Last year we provided a box full of helpful supplies in each event room:
- cardstock, index cards, post-its
- sharpies, pencils
- clipboards
- acrylic sign holder
- scissors
- blue painters tape
- facial tissues
- a noise-making device to summon everyone’s attention (e.g. a bell or triangle)
This year we would restock them and buy nicer bins that allow game runners to see what goodies are inside for their use.
Costume Repair Kit
Fix last minute wardrobe malfunctions! We wish to restock what we provided last year:
- Sewing kit
- Safety pins
- Hot glue gun
- Zip ties
- Garment steamer
- Lint roller
Other Handy Supplies
Solve simple problems with basic supplies! Once again, we need to restock what we provided last year:
- Office Supplies (writing utensils, paper, stapler, envelopes, scissors, tape, glue sticks, binder clips)
- Door stops
- First aid kit & some toiletries (e.g. tampons/pads, nail clippers, lotion)
