Hello! My name is Tiffany, and go as Teal online. I'm the artist and owner of my shop VileWorm where I focus on creating creatures that encapsulate all things weird and funky. I have been creating pins and other products from my original art for the past few years now, and have ample experience with fulfillment and production of goods.  This will be my second crowdfunding venture, with my first campaign being a success! 

I'm so excited to share this collection 6 creepy crawly critters and hope you enjoy too! I adore bugs and all things eldritch and weird, so it was a perfect combination of aesthetics for me to explore. Designing this collection has been an absolute pleasure and I'm so excited to share it with you all!

Below are examples of some of my previous pins I've designed and successfully produced. 

Backers who pledge within the first 48 hours of the campaign will receive a FREE Spotted Lanternfly Pin! Miss out on the Earlybird window? That's okay too! This pin will be available in the Add-On section where it can be added to your pledge at an additional cost for the duration of the entire campaign.

Below are all the goals for this campaign. The funding is initially for the first pin (Angelic Weevil) and as we continue to grow funds more designs will be unlocked!

If you see a pin you like that's still locked, consider backing as it'll help us unlock each design quicker! 

You can always alter or cancel your pledge during the run of the campaign. If all pins are unlocked, additional stretch goals will be added to the campaign, so keep your eyes out!

 

Add-Ons are additional items you can add to your pledge that aren't gated by any monetary unlocks and are available at the beginning of the campaign! After pledging towards the campaign, you can select additional add-on's to add to your order! 

Shipping will be charged AFTER the campaign is complete through BackerKit's Survey. Charges are subject to change based on quantity and location, however the following rates are to be expected: 

• Domestic US Shipping: $5 - $8

• International Shipping: $12 - $20

Address Updates: Please ensure that addresses provided are correct and up to date. Any issues may cause delays in receiving your items. If you need to update your address, you will have time and I will send notifications when I'm locking all addresses to begin shipping. If your package is returned due to an insufficient address, I will contact you to provide updated information. You will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. If I do not hear back after 48 hours, your order will be forfeited without refund. 

Germany and France Backers: As a result of packaging regulations and laws setup in Germany and France, I am unable to ship to these countries. Unfortunately, because of these regulations I am also unable to provide shipping to these countries post-campaign on my Etsy shop. Any orders placed to Germany or France will be canceled and refunded appropriately. 

International Backers: Buyers are responsible for any VAT or Custom fees associated with your purchase. If a package is returned due to insufficient payments, I will reach out directly to rectify any issues. You will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees.  If I do not hear back after 48 hours, your order will be forfeited without refund.

The below timeline is an estimate on when you can expect to receive your rewards. Please understand that the timeline is subject to change. I will communicate any updates to the projected timeline if there's any issues! 

• March 28th -> April  18th: Campaign Runs

• End of April: Funds are released, Campaign Surveys go out

• Mid May: Campaign Surveys are locked, manufacturing begins

• June/July: Pins are complete and shipped to me for grading and backer fulfillment

Risks

• Backers are getting the highest quality of pin, also known as an A-Grade Pin. A-Grade pins are pins that have minimal/no discernable defects. If there are a high number of defective pins, I will need to contact the manufacturer for a remake to ensure that Backers get the highest quality product. 

• Because of differences between screens and real life lighting, there may be slight color variation from mockup to final product. I have done my best to match to Pantone's HEX specifications to ensure an accurate mockup. Any color variations would be very minor

• Designs might need to be tweaked due to manufacturing limitations. Any changes whether minor or major will be addressed to backers to ensure enough time for any order changes if needed. I have created many pins and try to ensure my designs are production ready before manufacturing.

• Shipping delays might adjust the timeline. Sometimes shipping from the supplier to my front door can take additional unexpected time due to customs processing.
