Hello! (This will be the same update message for both the rat campaign and the Warframe one, so if you backed both, you don't need to read both updates)

The majority of the orders are out for delivery!
(The exceptions are those few that are waiting for the pin remakes)

I am sorry it took a few weeks longer than planned; a few illnesses and other bits slowed down packing a lot, so it all took a bit longer but we are finally sorted!

You should have gotten an email from backerkit with your parcel tracking number. If you have any problems with your order, don't hesitate to reach out. :)

Hello! Basically, all the pins arrived and have turned out wonderfully, apart from this skull pin. The noses on each of the rat is a little messed up (some more than others)

So I have an important question for those who have ordered the pin!
You have the following options:
A) I can send you one of these slightly flawed pins -from a distance, they don't look too bad
B) You can switch to a different design 
C) You can wait until we have the pins remade -we will have to change the design ever so slightly so there's no wisker dots, and they have a solid gold nose instead of a pink fill, but this will look a lot cleaner -the only downside is it'll take us until April or so for them to get here -which means you wont get your full order until then.

I will get them re-made regardless -it really comes down to whether you are happy to wait or not.   

Please comment or email me ([email protected]) ASAP with your choice. If you don't respond, we will assume you are ok with the slightly flawed design and send one of those out to you, so you get your order in the next few weeks.

I will also try to email everyone who ordered them as well with this same information, so hopefully you all see this.

Ok the pins are all on their way from the manufacturer, so I am in the process of setting up the shipping costs + the Tariff charge for those in the USA. 

We should be able to start sending out your orders at the start of February!

The rough shipping costs are: (this will depend on the weight of the items being sent)
UK: £2.90-£3.70
USA: £11.55-£15 (then 10% of the total value of the items being sent, thanks to Trump's tariffs)
EU: £10.05 -£15
everywhere else: £11.20-£16.30

I've tried my hardest to keep shipping costs to a minimum, but the postage has gone up as a whole in the last few months.

You'll be notified by BackerKit 48 hours before the shipping charge happens, and it'll also take any money you owe from any add-ons you added after the campaign in the survey.  Please make sure your card information is all up-to-date, and BackerKit will do the rest!

You should be able to edit your address/card information without assistance, but if you need me to 'unlock' your survey to include any more add-ons/items, feel free to contact me via on here, or via [email protected], and I can unlock it for you so you can edit your orders. 

Anyway, here's the more fun part! We have some previews from the manufacturer!

Figured I would do a little update just to show you the stuff we have had back whilst the pins are still in the oven!

Firstly keyrings!  (early backer reward/add-on)
These have come out really nicely. The colours and shading are a tad different from the original design, so I hope that's ok! -Printing on wood is naturally going to have altered the colors, so this was a little unavoidable. The clasp is a metal red bat, which I figured was cute and fitting!

Hollow stickers! -The bat and death are the returning backer exclusives, whilst the ying-yang is a freebie everybacker is getting! They turned out great in person, and I apologise for the photo not being amazing. The reflective nature makes it a little hard to take photos!       

Ratty sticker add-on pack! The Queen rat was added, and the skull without rats was removed. Please let me know if this was an issue. (I admit this was an order error; the queen one was supposed to be just an extra, and the skull was missed by mistake)

Finally, the sticker books! These have a semi-transparent cover on the front and back to protect them, which is a nice touch! 

Quick update to say the pins have been ordered. The pumpkin rat and Nosferatu haven't hit their goals so they will be removed from your add-on if you added those, and you won't be charged for them.
Stickers/sticker books and keyrings etc have already been made and I am just waiting on them to be delivered! 

Once I have previews from the manu I will post an update, and will start looking at postage costs.
