Small update but a happy one! Shipping is a go!

There were still 7 people who haven't completed their surveys and 5 people with errored cards, so if you don't get a shipping email (at the email address you provided) then check to make sure you aren't one of them! For everyone else, you should get said shipping email tomorrow.

Also a small note for those of you who ordered paperbacks or the eBooks -- please consider leaving a review (even if it's just stars!). Indie authors live and die by not just the content of reviews but also the number of them.

A reminder that you can find the list of all the retail outlets our books are available here, so you have options as to where if you don't want to deal with Amazon/Goodreads.
