A quick update on shipping.

First, we've collected shipping payments from everyone. If your payment didn’t go through, please double-check your card details in your account so we can retry it. This will make sure your order is shipped with the rest! 

Now, onto fulfilment: we're currently behind our original estimate because all the products have been stuck in customs for the past couple weeks. Unfortunately, there’s been no explanation, we’re just waiting to hear when the shipment will be released to us. This is our first time handling shipping ourselves, and we’ve learned the hard way that customs can take their time without any reason 😅

Our next update will come once we have the products in hand and can begin fulfilment. All the packaging is ready in our office, we’re just waiting on the products to arrive.

We’re sorry we don’t have better news today, but fingers crossed things start moving soon. We’re staying on it and will keep following up with customs.
