I recently moved and need to change my shipping address.

Not a problem! If you need to change your address while products are in production, you can do so. I will give you 48 hours before locking your order.

Am I charged for VATs upfront?

No. Your payment is strictly for your items and the shipping. You will pay VAT and taxes once the item reaches your country. The Backerkit Campaign highlights this as the procedure for this particular campaign.

What happens if I don't fill out the survey?

If you ignore the survey 3 times after it has been sent, your order will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. This is due to not being able to contact you/ you staying in contact with us. We cannot ship an item if your do not fill out your survey.

Can I get a refund if I back out after payment?

No, all payments are non-refundable.
