Smoke test surveys have gone out. Please keep an eye out for them this will help us figure out if there's any errors in our survey that need to be fixed before sending out all the other surveys. 
Please keep in mind that if you did a payment plan or your payment failed you will not get a survey until you paid or finish paying off what's owed.

Just a friendly reminder that some payments have not gone through successfully. Sometimes this is due to expired cards or small typos. No big deal! We just need to have these updated as soon as possible to ensure the process is speedy and seamless. Please double check your payments just to make sure everything has gone through as it should. We are so excited for you all to meet your new friends!

Hello Everyone

We will be sending out backer smoke test surveys next week. If there is no issues, we will send out the rest of the surveys to our backers to fill out. We want to make sure that backers double check to make sure their payments went through okay as we still have some failed payments. If you are doing the payment plan, then you will not get your survey until you finish paying.

To backers and non-backer's, we have activated our pre- orders link so please check it out. We put up out other plushies that did not get funded in hopes to help them get funded.

Hey everyone 

We are so happy that our backerkit got funded. We sadly had a Lot of people drop out in the last 48hours of the project what sadly made us drop far under the stretch goals. However that being said we will be adding all plushies not including jumbos to the Pre order page with a goal of 30-40 each needing to get them funded. 

You should all notice now that your cards will start to be Charged now that we ended funded.  I will be working on getting the pledge manager finished along with setting up the Pre-Order page in the next few weeks. 

We put the down payment on the spotted hyenas so that way you can get your plushies faster. That being said we only ordered 100pcs. So the Spotted Hyena will not be available in the preorder section.  Once in stock we will sell them at cons or online. If we are able to get the other plushies funded we can add them to the order so they can ship together. Shipping is extremally expensive for plushies that are weighted and or Jumbo.
