Bags will take 1-2 months after full funding to manufacture, and a couple of weeks to ship to the Thistlecrux LLC home studio. From there, I will package orders by hand and ship them to individual customers! The estimated timeline from the end of the campaign to order fulfillment is estimated to be 3-4 months. This timeframe could be more or less depending on the circumstances!

Shipping will vary by order depending on location. For domestic shipping within the U.S., flat rate shipping shouldn’t exceed $30.

When the campaign reaches each respective goal, a new piece of merchandise is unlocked to be produced! Check the “Achievements” tab to check the goals! Once a milestone is reached, that piece of merchandise will automatically be launched into production and become available to purchase as an add-on. Those who purchase stretch goal merchandise may have their orders sent at a slight delay depending on the production timeline of each item. You are welcome to order your bag first and stretch goal items at a later date to receive your bag first!

Yes! Every purchase including a bag automatically comes with both backpack and purse straps.

The bag capacity is 12in tall by 4in wide, with elastic side pockets that can fit small smartphones, keys, etc.

Yes! The bag has two elastic side pockets for small items and one internal pocket for valuables.

Pin boards sit comfortably in their own compartment of the bag which fully unzips for easy access. The clear plastic on the front cover is thick, durable, and fully transparent.

The main bag material is PU synthetic leather, with a silky cotton lining. Pin boards are lined with cotton as well and finished with a biased edge.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
