Hi, Amazing Dragon Lover!

I hope you are enjoying your We're one step closer.

I'm excited to share that we've started shipping. The first 48% is already underway. My goal is to get all packages sent out by the end of next week.

Just as a reminder, if you have an outstanding balance, I am unable to send you your order, and if you haven't completed your survey, I don't know where to ship your order.

Lastly, we're still waiting for the dice to arrive, though they've cleared customs. 

To celebrate, and to give my hands a bit of a break, I'm off to a morning show of "Sinners." I am so excited!

Hi, Amazing Dragon Hoarder!

I'm happy to share that the pins have arrived!!

And didn't I mention how gorgeous they are? They catch the light just right and (chef's kiss) are exactly like I imagined they'd be. Yay! These pictures do not do them justice. So, very pretty!!!

What we're waiting on

Thus far, we've received most of our items (except for the dice). So, those orders that have everything ready, I'll start sending those items out within the coming days.

Errored Cards

As a side note, there have been a few payments that have errored, where either your card may have been declined or it errored out somehow or another. Please know that I cannot send your rewards to you if you have an outstanding balance.

Please correct your information so that your payment may be processed. If I am unable to process your order, unfortunately, then your reward will be canceled (and I'd hate that).

It’s eBook Delivery Day! I’m excited to announce that eBook add-ons have been delivered! Find instructions and more information on how to access your books below.

 

I’m popping in to let you know that those who ordered eBook add-ons, your books have been delivered.  So check your email for an email from our partner Bookfunnel. 

How does it work: Access your books in your Bookfunnel library using your Backerkit email address. Head to https://my.bookfunnel.com/ to sign in to your library and download your books for your preferred eReader. 

Every email address receives its own library, too.
 
Troubleshooting

Having problems? No worries, Bookfunnel’s customer service is there to help ensure you get your books on your preferred device, be it reading on your computer from the cloud or on your eReader. You can also download their app, which is personally what I recommend for ease  (and it is free for you to use and a site used by many authors to deliver their digital books).
 
Don’t see your books? EBooks were delivered to all orders that had been successfully processed. If your card errored out, your books are on hold until your card is updated and payment is made.

If you prefer to side load your books to your device, the download page provides detailed instructions for that.

 

What else is happening? We’re preparing our next project for our completed Dragons series with the surprise book, A Dragon’s Dilemma and the complete series omnibus.

We hope to launch in mid-April (as we're waiting for some art from our super talented artist). This is a time travel, dragon romantasy, and will conclude the Dragons Series. While writing the new romantasy, A Dragon's Queen, I realized that the prequel series needed another book. So, I had to write it! For this one, we are back with our main characters, Jaz and Erich.

This rich tapestry of epic romance, adventure, and high stakes is not one you want to miss. Please give the campaign a follow so you don’t miss out when it launches. Here’s the link!

Hi Amazing Dragon Lovers,

Happy Day after St. Patrick's Day! Ha! I know it's not a thing, but maybe we can make it one.

March is halfway over and we are well underway.

Pins Ordered

I'm happy to pop in here and let you know that the pins and most of the bonus items have been ordered! Woot! Totally worth doing a jig!

Digital Orders

This means that the next step will be for digital orders to be sent out (later this week). The to-do list is growing shorter and we are so happy about how this project has turned out and the fun we've had along the way. Yay!

As a reminder, if you haven't already, please complete your survey. It will help us ensure that we ordered enough for the final count.

Payment Processing Issues

Additionally, please check to see if your card had declined. It appears that Backerkit had a hard time processing some of the payments. Backerkit will run them again automatically after their denial, to attempt to accept payment if there is an outstanding balance.
