It was a hard fought battle in the Permian Poll for the Dimetrodon, but ultimately the Diplocaulus takes the win! No bias on behalf of a fellow amphibian. Absolutely none.
The Smilodon and Diplocaulus have both received their pin designs as we work to finalize the other currently-sketched tiers and sticker!

It all comes down to this! We're whipping up some new stretch goals for people to work towards with the campaign remaining, and feel it's only right to give the most iconic prehistoric beasts their due. Whether by movie, game, or favorite childhood toys, we're looking to include one more pin to a lineup of famous dinos (and more)!
Vote below for what animal you want to see represent the People's Choice! We did our best to include a few of the stand-out suggestions from other updates, as well as the runner-ups from the last two polls, among some other famous critters. The winner will be joining the Triceratops and T. Rex for the next stretch goals, so let's see who reigns supreme!
Dropping in for a quick update between the stretch goal polls to say: WOW!! Just three days into this campaign and we have reached all our stretch goals! To say we're floored by your guys' support would be an understatement, thank you all for sharing this nerdy love with us. Watching folks gas up their favorite weird little prehistoric animals has been a dream come true, so keep it up!
BUT! We've got over two weeks left to go! So i want to hear it from you guys first... What else do you want to see for this campaign?
More mini pins? More stickers? Some other type of swag you haven't seen yet? We'd definitely love to host more polls and give some other eras some love, but if there's any popular dinos you DEFINITELY want to see represented, shout them out too!

It was a close shave with the Terror Bird, but the Smilodon reigns supreme as king of the ice age! The famous saber-toothed tiger is available to pledge for now, but you'll have a better look at the pin design in the next update as we work to depict it.
Which brings us to the next good news... the Permian Era stretch goal has just been unlocked!! And we need your help to decide which animal makes it to the lineup!
⛰️ The Permian Is Upon Us
Known best for the dominance of theraspids and synapsids, these "mammal-like reptiles" weren't all that roamed the land during the Permian! Life would undergo a huge boom in biodiversity, from ray-finned fish in the oceans, to the largest insects that had ever roamed planet Earth.
If there's an animal you feel strongly about and don't see on the poll, make sure to comment them below! Depending on the campaign's success, runner-ups may see a comeback, even if they don't win first place. Vote below for what animal you want to see represent the Permian Era!
Not only has the campaign reached its goal of $750, but you guys have blazed past the first four stretch goals! Equus, Allosaurus, Baryonyx, and the yet-to-decide Pliocene animal are all on the table to pledge for.
We're on track to seeing through the last two goals, so an additional "Set of Nine" pledge tier is being added to reflect this, for folks who want to add all the new pins without fussing with add-ons!
🦣 The Ice Age is Upon Us
The Pliocene poll closes tomorrow afternoon, so make sure to cast your vote for what ice age animal makes it to the lineup, or suggest your favorite if you don't yet see it! So far, the sabertooth, terror bird, and dire wolf are battling for the top spot.
Afterwards, we'll host the Permian poll and see which mammal-like reptile is a league above the rest once and for all. Thanks for helping build the campaign as it goes!
