I keep getting emails and messages and comments from people asking about when their orders will arrive to them or asking for an update and whatnot.

At this point in time, I have not gotten the shipment. The shipping method that my rep used from the factory was different than normal, and all I know is that the cargo ship has made it to the US but I do not know when the shipment will be here yet. I have a new rep with my manufacturer now (my last one is resigning due to issues and I am glad since all my requests I made to use ONLY FEDEX were ignored......) and she is checking in and will update me as soon as the carrier picks up the shipment. I am guessing the port is backed up or very busy because of the timing of the year.

I am sorry that this has taken longer than was supposed to. Before the campaign launched, I had an estimated timeframe based on a certain amount of ordered plushies. I ended up making more stretch goals than anticipated and ordering more plushies than originally planned, so production took a lot longer.

One of the things people keep mentioning in their messages to me (some nice about it, some not so nice) is that "this is taking way longer than you said". 

And to that: I have a disclaimer on my campaign pages for each project I made, including this one, that the timeline I give is ESTIMATED and CAN CHANGE DUE TO DELAYS OR UNFORSEEN ISSUES OR OTHER THINGS.

I have been very open and transparent about the delays and giving updates as I have them available. 

Please always refer to campaign updates for any news and your questions regarding updates on this timeline and shipping & fulfillment.

Thank so much for your patience here. Snuiggle Dreamers part 2 hasn't shipped from my manufacturer yet, I was told 2 more weeks for inspection and then they will be loading onto the ship to sail to me lol.

Again, this has taken much longer than originally thought. There was many reasons why this happened though - more quantity than originally thought, delay in production to wait on some of the funds to come in from Pay Over Time orders as well as late payments, and the end of the year in general being so busy.

This experience has been all taken in and I will try to make more accurate timelines for future projects. Of course, I always state that the timelines are estimated and subject to changes and delay, but I really want expectations to be met as best as I can.

Hey everyone! Sorry I have been a little quiet on the updates. I have been asked by many for an update on production and timeframe of the plushies from PART 2, especially since there was some confusion since PART 1 has all been shipped and some from this campaign thought it was the plushies from this campaign that were shipping. I am so very sorry for that confusion, I thought that I had only pushed that update to only backers for the PART 1 campaign....

Production is taking longer than anticipated due to the quantity being much higher than projected. My manufacturer rep advised me that there is still about another month or less of time needed to finish production.

I do have the enamel pins from the campaign and I will try to get the orders out that have only enamel pins (and no plushies) out soon.

Just a friendly reminder that surveys are locking in 4 days (September 8th) and cards will be charged for the shipping and survey add ons after.

If you are paying over time, you will receive your survey after your pledge has been paid off and once you complete your survey, you will not be able to change it if it is after the 8th of September.

If you just have not filled out your survey yet and you don’t do it until after September 8th, you just won’t be able to change it after you fill it out.

BUT PLEASE FILL THEM OUT! LOL! 😆
