TOMY offers a 12-month limited warranty on crowd-funded products from the date the crowd-funded product was delivered to you under normal and intended use and service against defective workmanship and material. For more information, review the Terms and Conditions at us.tomy.com. The same terms apply to crowd-funded products pre-ordered through TOMY UK.
All campaign pledge levels and shipping fees are charged in US dollars. Payments are processed after the end of the campaign, scheduled for 5 PM UK-BST / 12 PM US-Eastern on September 5, 2025. If a payment method or bank account is based in a currency other than US dollars, the total charge will reflect the currency exchange rate on the day the payment is processed.
When you place your pledge, you may choose to Pay in Full or Pay Over Time.
When using Pay Over Time, you'll be given the option to pay 4 equal interest-free monthly installments of your pledge total over the course of 4 months.
If you select Pay Over Time, you acknowledge that:
You understand that your rewards will not qualify for shipment until you have paid in full.
You understand that any partial payments made are not eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel.
You understand that you will not be able to access the Pledge Manager survey until after you have paid in full.
The Pledge Manager survey is expected to be available within 90 days of the end of the campaign (by December 4, 2025). If you have opted to Pay Over Time, access to your Pledge Manager survey may be delayed. See the next section "Shipping" for key dates related to the Pledge Manager survey and when shipping fees are due.
The 1:350 Klingon D7 Battle Cruiser is offered with shipping to backers in the US, Canada, and UK. Shipping to the US, Canada, and UK will incur a $50 USD flat fee per unit. Shipping fees will be calculated and collected after the end of the campaign through the Pledge Manager survey.
The Pledge Manager Survey will be sent within 90 days of the end of the campaign (estimated on or before December 4, 2025). Each backer will receive a unique Pledge Manager survey link. The deadline for survey responses is midnight on December 15th. The final deadline for shipping fees payment is midnight on December 31, 2025. Missing the deadline will forfeit your pledge.
Shipments to the UK and customer care for UK-based customers is handled by TOMY+ UK. Shipments to customers in the UK will originate from our UK-based warehouse.
It is important to ensure that your shipping address is correct when you respond to the Pledge Manager Survey. If a product is returned as undeliverable to TOMY+ or TOMY+ UK, it is the backer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the backer wishes to have a second delivery attempt. The shipping cost for a second deliver attempt is an additional $50 USD per unit.
Shipping addresses may be updated at any time up until 4 weeks prior to the expected shipping date via the Pledge Manager survey. If your address is "locked" in the Pledge Manager survey, then a shipment is in process and no further changes to the shipping address are permitted.
The 1:350 Klingon D7 Battle Cruiser is expected to ship in Late Fall 2026 (November-December). The estimated shipment date will be posted in a Backerkit Update at least 8 weeks prior to shipping.
The $50 USD per unit shipping fee is inclusive of VAT and Sales Tax. No additional customs, duties, or sales tax will be charged. Products will ship DDP (direct duty paid) and shipments to backers in the UK will originate from a UK warehouse.
