For years, I’ve appreciated so much from Japan. The architecture, food, games, and the clothing have all been interests of mine. When I saw that one of my manufacturers offered custom Haoris I just had to put a few together!
When I was approached at a show this year to do door curtains for a local Japanese-style claw arcade, I thought to myself “why stop there?” I was already editing existing designs to blow up about five times the size, why not spend a little extra time on designing garments?
Turns out, it’s a lot more in depth making designs that function as wearable clothing, but that was something I learned and pushed through to bring these four Haoris (or happi coats, they could be worn as either) to life!
By supporting this project, you enable me to make more of what I love and to experiment with different and unique clothing options! What’s better is that you get to benefit directly from my self-indulgent projects!
This campaign will start with four different designs (if you have any ideas definitely shoot them my way!) Each Haori is hand sewn from sublimated poly-blend fabric, in a flowing fitted garment perfect for any body type!

One the Haoris are in-hand I will go through and package them up accordingly! Shipping is collected at the end of the campaign, so you’ll be charged the going rate for shipping at that time.
Production will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. Once they have been finished it’ll take about 2 weeks for them to get to me!
International shipping will, of course, be higher. You will be responsible for all fees associated with importing such as customs and VAT, I cannot try and finagle a cheaper option for you, I’m sorry! I am willing to ship to proxies but you have to arrange for that yourself and once it’s to the post it is out of my hands.
If I run into issues, you’ll receive an email from my business Gmail. If items are returned to sender I will do what I can to get them to you, but if shipping has to be charged again I will have to collect that from you. Please double check your address!
