1. What are the estimated shipping costs per country/continent? (I am specifically interested in Greece, EU) 2. Is there any possibility for a lower pledge level with the ability to add addons or physical only pledge level? Ideally, I would love to have print versions of everything, so paying for the PDFs is kind of a waste for me, even if discounted. Thanks!
