Deep beneath the ruins of Castle Whiterock lies a secret long forgotten - an annex of the Gnomish Clockwork Academy once known as the Clothwork Foundry of Artifice and Design (CFAD). Here, scholars of style and alchemy collaborated to create garments unlike any the realm had ever seen: Clothing imbued with the raw energies of harnessed elementals. The result? Living attire that could protect, empower and even transform its wearer into something truly extraordinary...Until it all went terribly wrong.

The creative minds at TSG, High Dive Games once again bring you new and exciting DCC gaming content with Steamlander, a 3rd level DCC adventure for the Castle Whiterock setting.

Working with Goodman Games and a host of other third party publishers, we aim to put the MEGA into Backerkit's Megadungeon Month. 

Steamlander is a richly detailed DCC adventure that invites your players to seek gold & glory by unraveling the mysteries and sewing together bits of lost knowledge and lore found in Cillimar. Players will navigate the city's lively social scene, investigate ancient tomes & artifacts, deal with eccentric artisans and even gamble their future in a (brand new) dice games of chance. Once enough knowledge has been obtained, they may unlock the secret door to CFAD for the first time in over 800 years. What lies beyond is a host of oddities, storerooms, quarters, and production facilities. A place where clockwork mannequins still parade down long vacant catwalks, self propelled looms hum with elemental power, and culminating with the horrors of an experimental laboratory used to rend the raw power from elementals, ripped from their plane of existence.

Leaning heavily into Steampunk lore and fashion, Steamlander is designed to fit seamlessly into an existing Castle Whiterock campaign - or to stand alone as its own dungeon crawl adventure.

To keep things simple, there are five pledge levels available for Steamlander:

$1 Show of Support: Not sure is you are ready to fully back the project? Wallet taking a beating from all of the great content being released right now? Not really interested, but you want to say "keep up the great work." Backers at this level will receive no content, but will be able to follow the project and potentially upgrade their backer level at a later date.

$8 Digital Only: All backers at this tier will receive a watermarked digital PDF copy of the adventure and all unlocked digital stretch goals. This pledge level will be fulfilled through use of a free digital download code from DriveThruRPG.com.

$12 Print + Digital: All backers at this tier will receive a printed copy of the adventure and all unlocked, physical stretch goal content. Backers at this level will also receive a watermarked digital PDF copy of the adventure and all unlocked stretch goals, fulfilled through a free digital download code from DriveThruRPG.com.

$54.40 All-in Print & Digital: Backers at this level will receive a printed copy of every single adventure published by High Dive Games.  You will receive Steamlander, plus all 5 additional adventures, receiving a 20% discount from the Backerkit standard campaign price.

$40 Retailer Special - 5 Print + Digital Copies: This tier is for all you beloved store owners! You get Five (5) copies of the print version of the Steamlander adventure, plus all unlocked bonus content for your retail purposes. You will also receive a digital PDF copy of the adventure to provide to your customers along with their hardcopy purchase.

All project fulfilment will be independent of the Goodman Games Castle Whiterock release, with shipment expected within 60-90 days of the campaign ending.

All backers at any pledge level (yes this includes $1) will receive Room 1-7 of The Mysterious Lost Level of Castle Whiterock, written by Tim Sattley.  All backers will receive Room 1-7 in the same format of their pledge level, ($1 & Digital = PDF, Print = Print & Digital). This is a must have for everyone looking to complete their Lost Level collection.

Shipping is not included in the pledge value. Shipping will be assessed via pledge manager closer to the fulfillment stage of this project. In general, US orders that consist solely of books are eligible to ship via media mail. 

Fulfillment for Steamlander will be fully executed through DriveThruRPG.com for both digital content and Print on Demand (POD) softcover copies. This digital content will be sent out within 60-90 days of the end date for this campaign.  All add-on purchases (print and PDF) will also be fulfilled at the same time, with sourcing from DriveThruRPG.com.
