Ad oggi, 01/04/2026 sono arrivati a destinazione solo Household Opera Omnia II e i suoi accessori (dadi, carte, ecc). Tutto il resto (Household Opera Omnia I e accessori) non è arrivato e non sto ricevendo notizie al riguardo, volevo chiedere se ci sono stati problemi con il trasporto.

Hi! I've received the first part of the order, everything was all right. The problem is that the second parcel ( with Household Opera Omnia (ITA- Italiano) ) of the order is stuck at preparing you order since 9 December 2025. Can I get some updates about that, please? My BackerKit profile page shows that my order was shipped more than three weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it. Could you please let me know if there is a way to track the shipment or if a tracking number is available? I’m a bit concerned that the parcel may have been lost.

Heyo. Last week I received all my physical books which are all great, however I don't think I ever received any of the PDF's? I double checked all my emails and I don't see anything about The Garden other than the update notifications. I sent a email to [email protected] last week about this and still haven't got a response.

I can see in the status that my order has been shipped. Is it possible to find out the track number?
