Hi, I am still unable to find any tracking number or parcel update for my order, even though the latest information in the order confirmation states that it has been shipped (last updated on 02/15/2026 at 11:14:19 PM). I also sent an email to [email protected], but I have not received any reply or further update so far. Could you please clarify the current status of the shipment and provide the tracking information, if available? Thank you in advance.

Ad oggi, 01/04/2026 sono arrivati a destinazione solo Household Opera Omnia II e i suoi accessori (dadi, carte, ecc). Tutto il resto (Household Opera Omnia I e accessori) non è arrivato e non sto ricevendo notizie al riguardo, volevo chiedere se ci sono stati problemi con il trasporto.
Hi! I've received the first part of the order, everything was all right. The problem is that the second parcel ( with Household Opera Omnia (ITA- Italiano) ) of the order is stuck at preparing you order since 9 December 2025. Can I get some updates about that, please?
