Hi! I've received the first part of the order, everything was all right. The problem is that the second parcel ( with Household Opera Omnia (ITA- Italiano) ) of the order is stuck at preparing you order since 9 December 2025. Can I get some updates about that, please? I've sent an email to the support one week ago, but at the moment I didn't receive an answer at the moment Thanks in advance

My BackerKit profile page shows that my order was shipped more than three weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it. Could you please let me know if there is a way to track the shipment or if a tracking number is available? I’m a bit concerned that the parcel may have been lost.

Heyo. Last week I received all my physical books which are all great, however I don't think I ever received any of the PDF's? I double checked all my emails and I don't see anything about The Garden other than the update notifications. I sent a email to [email protected] last week about this and still haven't got a response.
