Hi there backers, quick update for you all. Except for a handful of stragglers, all the rewards have been shipped out.

It should take 1-2 weeks for domestic (USA) shipments to arrive and 4-6 weeks for international shipments, but possibly longer due to shipping delays. Your tracking information is available through Backerkit.

Please contact Backerkit support if there are any issues with your rewards and they will forward your message to me. I can accommodate replacements or exchanges if needed. Please do not message me on social media or via my shops, if you do that I may miss your message.

I graded and packed everything myself, so there is a non-zero chance of human error. I'd appreciate if you let me know if you catch anything wrong with your pins; or ideally, that they're up to the usual standard and you're happy with them!

For anyone who has not yet filled out the survey or had other issues with their order, I have reached out via your Backerkit email. If I do not hear back from you, you may not receive rewards. So please reply when you get a chance.

Leftovers will be available when my shop reopens, which should be sometime in late March. I'll send an update with a coupon once they're available. 

I have another campaign, Themed Monster Enamel Pins, that will be launching soon. It will feature monster pins themed after different aesthetics. If that sounds interesting, you can sign up on the pre-launch page to be notified when it's live.

For this campaign I will be collaborating with HoloRaindrops who is running Cryptid Crushes, if you pledge to both campaigns you'll receive a pair of freebie pins.

If you were looking for my Baldur's Gate 3 designs, those have been moved to their own campaign: Dual Destinies: A BG3 Pin Series, which will run in June as part of Pin Quest. I'm still working on the designs but here are some sketches.

After Dual Destinies I don't really have any other pin series planned! If you have an idea for my next pin series or other merch, you can send them via this Google Form. If I plan any more pin campaigns I'd like them to be for themes or ideas you all are interested in.

Good evening backers, I have a quick follow-up on the previous update: cards have been charged and addresses have been locked. I'm planning to start shipping your rewards tomorrow and will send another update once all rewards have shipped.

There were a few backers that slipped through the cracks who had no items and were erroneously charged for shipping. I have processed refunds for all of you and you can expect them within 5-10 days. If you don't see the refund please contact Backerkit support for follow up.

But before those, some reminders: you should have received an email from Backerkit about your surveys. These have been unlocked, and will be locked again in 48 hours.

If you change your selections at this time or have not yet submitted your survey, and there are an insufficient number of pins to cover your selections, your pledge may be delayed. If I cannot fulfill your order, I will email you to inquire if you would prefer delaying your shipment for a few months, while additional pins are made; would like to select a different pin; or would be satisfied with a seconds grade pin. Hello backers, I have another update for you all: the pins have arrived and I am in the process of grading them. There are a lot of pins so it may take me a bit to get through all of them. I will send another update with photos once all the pins are graded. You can find my pin grading policy in my About Page/FAQ, I have also copied the current version below if you have trouble accessing that link.

I sell pins as “standard” or “seconds” grade. Standard grade pins may have one or two tiny imperfections. These would be considered A grade. My general rule is, if a pin can be held at half-arm’s length and I cannot see the flaw, it is considered small enough for standard grade. Pins are handmade products so please do not expect a flawless item.

Seconds grade pins have more noticeable flaws, including but not limited to: smudges, specks or bubbles in the enamel, under-filled or over-filled enamel, chips or dents in metal and metal-plating, heavy tarnish, missing or mis-colored enamel, loose pin posts, fused metal, missing metal, missing varnish, uneven linework, bends, and/or scratches. Moving pins that are tough to move are considered seconds grade: for example, a spinning pin with a spinner component that does not spin freely. Seconds pins may not come with backing cards. These pins would be considered B/C grade. I do not sell or guarantee collector’s grade (S grade) pins! Do not purchase from me if you would not be satisfied with an A grade pin.

Rainbow anodized plating is unique for every pin - no two are alike with differing metal colors. The plating may appear different than the example images shown in the listing. Anodized and chrome plating is unique for every pin. Texture and variation in plating should be expected. The plating may appear slightly different than the example images shown in the listing, for example it may be slightly lighter or darker. White enamel on this plating may be tinted, this will not be considered a flaw.

Soft enamel with epoxy pins may have minor blemishes, bubbles, or specks in the epoxy. Small areas may not have epoxy. The surface may have variation, texture, or bumps, unlike hard enamel. There may be bits of glitter in non-glitter portions of the pin. Transparent enamel may also have these traits. Since these are unavoidable they will not be considered flaws for the purposes of grading. Epoxy overflow will not be considered a flaw as well since this is also unavoidable in some cases.

Certain plating is prone to tarnish, especially copper, silver, and rose gold plating. I will try my best to sort heavily-tarnished pins as seconds grade, but please note some tarnish may be unavoidable or develop over time if the pin is exposed to moisture and in these cases will be considered standard grade. This tarnish can be removed by gentle polishing with a jewelry cloth.
