Hi backers and followers, a quick update for you all with some clarifications.

I've been getting a lot of messages about surveys across social media and my shops and it's hard to keep track of them all. If you have any issues with your survey or other urgent concerns: please contact Backerkit support. Backerkit support will forward your message to my email. Do not message me on my shops, social media, or comment on the campaign page - if you do that I may miss your message or lose track of it (feel free to comment for any non-urgent issues of course). 

If you did not fill out your survey before the deadline, you can still fill them out, they will just be marked late. I will be locking these surveys and charging for addons as they are submitted. For everyone who filled out their survey on August 12, your surveys are no longer marked late since the exact deadline was unclear.

If you lost your survey, you can recover it here. The surveys are sent to your Backerkit email, if you do not have access to this email please contact Backerkit support. If any items are under-ordered due to missing surveys, those of you who complete your surveys late may have to wait even longer to receive their items, while we manufacture more; or receive a seconds grade pin or different design.

If you had a payment error with addons or shipping, I recommend fixing it as soon as you can, but you have until the items are ready to ship (around October) to correct it. So don't panic if you can't fix your payment right away.

I have been busy checking proofs and submitting manufacturing orders this week. I hope to have some more free time soon for art, and I might work on some recolors of the Pride Angels pins to prepare for future preorders. I'd like to share those with you all to get your opinions - so look out for an update on that in the future.
