Decades ago, the Scroffans broke their chains by killing a god in a feast so blasphemous it split their people forever. Some walked away from the gore and swore never to return. Others stayed and warped the Old Abattoir into a temple. They called themselves the Gammon Boys, and their hunger for flesh never truly subsided.
Smoke. Salt. Fire.
Now the Gammon Boys haunt the ruins as both butcher and zealot, suffering an everlasting hunger. Smoke rises, ash fills the air again, and rumors abound that another feast, even more bloody and sinful than the last, is coming. The Gammon Boys feed and fatten something that should never awaken.
