Woah, what's this?? Read below! As you may already know, Vault Comics is responsible for the first-ever printed edition of the Webtoon serialization of Dungeon Crawler Carl, and we've just secured permission to create a new cover variant for THIS Crocodile campaign ONLY. What does that mean? It means that this DCC Webtoon softcover book will contain the same interior content as the version shown in this update post (https://www.backerkit.com/c/projects/vault-comics/dungeon-crawler-carl-an-original-graphic-novel-side-story/updates/30322), but with an ALL-NEW cover by none other than our own Brett Bean, so you know it's gonna be good. This variant cover will ONLY available during the campaign to current backers of DCC: Crocodile, so the next few days are going to be your only chance to grab a copy. How about that preview art? Yeah, that's not final. Final art will be a MYSTERY until it shows up in your reward box. But as usual, you know Vault Comics will make it worth your while. That's sort of the joy of Mystery, anyways, don't you think? Other important note: The standard edition of the DCC: Webtoon releases May, 2026. The Brett Bean mystery cover edition will ship with your other Croc rewards, a few months after the standard edition release. So, if you're looking to own a print version right when it comes out, we recommend sticking to the standard release edition.

This add-on item is a copy of the 20-pg DCC: Crocodile Issue #0 (second printing). This issue was originally offered at NYCC as a promotional preview. This issue contains an introduction by Matt Dinniman, the first 15 pages of lettered comics in a mix of color and black-and-white inks, a small concept art section, and some fun ads we made to promote the BackerKit campaign. Most (if not all) of the content will be available in some form via the DCC: Crocodile book, campaign posts, or other rewards offered in this campaign, so this item should be considered a preview curio for collectors and not necessary for your full enjoyment of DCC.

One more sticker for the road! To celebrate our final 24 hours, we submit for your amusement and perusement this Croc sticker designed by Brett Bean, based on one of the original Florin patch designs, and which served as the base for our original Croc Squad pins. This was one of the first pieces of concept art created by Brett, so we thought it fitting to bring it full circle here at near the close of the campaign. This sticker will be produced in a brushed aluminum finish to fully infuse it with that Florin firearm flavor. The final product, as always, will change slightly (mostly inkwork polish and color polish), but the gunmetal treatment will be the highlight of the sticker for max coolness. Sticker will be 3.5" length. For those who are into less visually ostentatious stickers, this one will maintain a cleaner look, and is meant for you!

Our final enamel pin unlock! A gorgeous enamel pin sharing her royal majesty Princess Donut in full Croc getup. You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll say "Goddammit Croc Donut!" As always, art is (will be!) by series artist Brett Bean! Image above is a mockup and may change once we hit production... specifically, we're looking into giving Donut some a bit of an overlay to convey her true tortie coloration!
