If you backed both of my campaigns as part of the cross-collab, you’re eligible for combined shipping! Your rewards will be packed together and you’ll only be charged shipping once, giving you the best possible rate.

All orders ship from Canada and will be sent tracked and insured for peace of mind. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your reward has been packed and shipped.

🇺🇸 US orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning there are no additional customs duties or surprise fees on delivery. Estimated shipping costs already include duties and will not be charged separately.

🌍 International backers (outside Canada & the US) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local regulations.

I have an established relationship with my enamel pin manufacturer and am confident in the quality of their work. I will work closely with them to ensure the final products match the mockups as closely as possible. Please note that physical pin colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to lighting and monitor differences.

All pledges are final. By backing this campaign, you understand and agree to pay for the items you pledge for and the applicable shipping fees. If you have any questions or concerns before pledging, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I package all products with care to ensure they arrive safely, but once a package has been shipped, I cannot control how it is handled in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me so we can work together to resolve the issue. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond my control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or international customs processing.

Plush keychains may appear compressed or misshapen upon arrival as a result of packaging and transit. Gently squishing and kneading the plush will help it return to its intended shape.

Please note that these plushies are handcrafted and produced by multiple individuals during the manufacturing process. As a result, each plush may have slight variations in shape and stitching. Minor imperfections may occur, including but not limited to stray threads, small gaps in embroidery, or slight asymmetry. These do not affect the overall design or function of the plush.

I am actively working with my manufacturer to refine and improve the final plush based on sample feedback, including adjustments to shape, embroidery, and overall quality. The final production version may include small improvements compared to the samples shown. Any changes will be communicated through campaign updates.
