Hi, I'm Ion, aka Violet Magician. You can find me on Instagram, BlueSky, and Tumblr. I design a lot of different things and make paper art. I'm from Wisconsin and love taking wildlife photos, so I wanted to make some designs with wildlife from around the Great Lakes region. I've included some of my favorite animals as well as some animals I feel don't get a lot of attention (like fairy shrimp, which I think are just adorable little guys) I've been wanting to make some metallic foil washi tape so I figured now would be a great opportunity for that, and wanted to include a charm too, and I just personally like shaker charms for fidgeting with.

There is 1 design for a roll of washi stamps, which is washi tape but with little stamp shaped designs on the roll, you can use the stamps individually or keep them together and use it as normal washi. (If this is your first time getting washi tape, note that it is a thin decorative tape made from natural fibers and not reliable for sealing things on its own) The other washi designs will have a metallic foil effect on them. There is also 1 shaker keychain design, available as its own pledge level or as an add-on. The washi stamp roll and shaker charm will be the first to unlock and the other designs will be stretch goals. You can check the updates if you want to know which animals are all on the tape designs.
Please note the colors on the washi tape may not be as vibrant as you see on the screen due to the printing process and washi material.
Early bird backers who back in the first 48 hours will receive a free sticker version of the otter stamp art. This sticker will be about 3 inches wide, and is also available as an add-on
Apart from the campaign items other animal themed add-ons are available to add to your campaign pledge. These are all items I currently have in stock, so they will be limited.
While the campaign is going you can pledge to any open level and your money will be withdrawn only at the end of the campaign if successful. The designs available will depend upon how much is raised during the campaign (see the washi and charm section for specific stretch goals). You can also choose to add any of the add-ons at any point you choose, which will be in addition to the rewards for your pledge level. Some add-ons are items I have in stock, and are limited so may sell out. There is also the possibility of new add-ons being added if all stretch goals are reached, which will be announced in an update if this happens. After the campaign is complete, you will receive a survey which is where you will be able to choose which unlocked design you want and additional add-ons that will be shipped with your order. Once you make your choices you will see shipping charges. The cost of additional add-ons added during the survey and shipping will then be charged when surveys are closed. Please keep this in mind.
Shipping
Shipping will be charged separately through the backerkit surveys sent out after the campaign. Shipping will be charged by weight but generally will be around $6 for the US, $10 for Canada and $20 for any other international orders. Backer is responsible for any VAT and duty fees that need to be paid for delivery. Also please note I cannot ship at all to the EU or Northern Ireland due to current shipping rules. If you want to prepay VAT fees, items will be available on my Etsy after backerkit backers have all received their pledges, but I cannot prepay VAT through backerkit.
The dates for after the campaign ends are approximate, please be aware there may be delays at any point.
