Just a reminder the survey will close on March 24th! Cards will also be charged on that day. Failing to complete your survey can result in a lesser number of selections as I begin to reach out to my manufacturer. Failure/Delay of payment also has the possibility of causing issues so any payment issues should also be resolved asap. Thank you! :)

To those affected: So the surveys are good to go! Once you select your design, then you should be able to select the color as opposed to the add on that seems to let you do both at once. I’m not entirely sure why this is but! At the very least things should be good for everyone to complete their surveys. Thanks!

Hello Everyone, Smoke Surveys are live! First, we have a quick Survey FAQ, and second, all the new items added for the survey!

A smoke survey is a small percentage of surveys sent to ensure my surveys aren't missing anything. Once I get a few back to confirm everything in the survey is fine, I will send the rest out to everyone. 

The cut-off for surveys will be March 24th. 

Completing the survey after due date for surveys has lapsed  (and after I have placed orders for the items)  I can no longer guarantee which rewards will be available. So to ensure you get exactly what you want, I highly recommend completing your survey as soon as you get it. 

This is to pay for postage at that point. All rewards are shipped with tracking, so you'll receive your tracking information from Pirateship or whatever shipping platform I use. Additionally, you will be charged for any add-ons you have selected! :)

Yes, during the survey, you will have the option to add more items.

The campaign will close one month after shipping has concluded. Once a project is closed, rewards/pledges can no longer be redeemed.

Pinboards are available in two additional colors! Now you can pick from Black, White, Rosewood, and Walnut! 

Pride Pins - Just in time my Pride Moths, Horns and Roses, and additional colorwaves of my enchanted potions have all been added!

Cafe Chaos - My Cafe Chaos pins have also been added! Get your choice of regular, lovely valentine or moonlight variants!

If you got a pinboard in a pledge, your color has not been made into a question. I will be contacting backerkit support about it, but it is the weekend. This should only affect people who have PLUS pledge, as the add-on pinboards seem fine. If you already completed your survey and you have an affected pledge their you will have to complete the survey again once this is fixed. I deeply apologize.

Just a small little update to let all you duckventurerers know I haven't forgotten about you all!

I originally didn't update at the end of pintopia because so many creators were and I understand how inboxes can be flooded. 

There are still a lot of outstanding pledges, an easy way to check if your pledge has been processed is by clicking your profile in the top right of the screen and navigating to "Your Pledges & Surveys". From there you can view all your pledges, and update any as needed.

Yes, I am planning to have a few extra items in the survey available that I will discuss when Surveys go out. At that time you can add them! This includes new pinboard designs and more!

It is my goal to have surveys out by next Friday at the latest, but I will provide a full update at that time. 

Once surveys are out, they will need to be completed within 2 weeks so I can begin the manufacturing process.
