I've found a solution of sorts to the pin unlocking situation. Since 2 pins unlocked, anyone who pledged above 2 pins will be moved to this 2-pin tier. That means that the remaining balance will become a credit that can be used in the shop. This includes backing the pins you want! Not jamming with it? That credit can be used on the other items in my shop from previous campaigns, such as my cosplay kyus, blind bags, and more!

Smoke tests are officially live! That means that 5% of surveys will go out to make sure everything is running smoothly. If no issues arise, the remaining surveys will be released tomorrow May 30th. It's important to complete them as soon as possible, especially if you plan to back a pin and try to unlock it.

At the moment, surveys will be due June 13th!

If you buy or back 3 Hellova Tune pins, you'll be able to choose a free reward! Either a lanyard or one of the black-out charms inspired by an iconic ad from the early 2000's! With the hellova' Cass jamming out, and Luci/Al alumb style covers!
The incentive only applies if the pins are made, so depending on how unlocking goes, you may wish to switch your selection to continue to be eligible!

The survey is set up so that if a pin is backed by 20 people, it will also be made! Pins that do not get enough backing will not be made and will be removed from carts before cards are run. If the pin you wanted is not being made, I will reach out to see if you would like to switch to a pin that was unlocked instead. I will also announce the day before surveys are due, which pins have been unlocked so people can change their own surveys if they wish.

Hello Everyone!

I am incredibly thankful to everyone who pledged to bring Hellova Tunes to life! Even with the ups and downs around us, you're probably wondering what's next? What about tunes still locked? Anything Extra? All will be answered below!

Buckle up for a big update!

Smoke surveys will go out in about 2 weeks (Shooting for May 27th or 28th), and then be released to everyone entirely a day or so later. Smoke surveys are a small percentage of surveys sent out to ensure no major issues before wide release. 

The cut-off for surveys will be two weeks after surveys have gone out to everyone. However, completing it sooner helps me make sure I have enough of everything ordered, as well as not having to worry that you might forget about it. I'll send out a reminder 1 week before the due date to those who are still pending. 

What If I Don't Complete The Survey In Time?
Late surveys run the risk of having a smaller pool of items to pick from because I need to know the quantities to order. So, failing to complete the survey in time may result in not getting the exact items that you want.

This is to pay for postage at that point. All rewards are shipped with tracking, so you'll receive your tracking information from Pirateship or whatever shipping platform I use. Additionally, you will be charged for any add-ons you have selected! :)

Yes, during the survey, you will have the option to add more items.

Tunes that didn't get unlocked have a chance to do so in the survey! As an extra add-on, you can pledge to back a preferred tune. If a Tune pin gets 20 orders, it'll be unlocked and sent out with other rewards! If it fails to unlock, it will be removed from your cart before cards are charged, so you won't have to pay for it. Before cards are charged, I will make an update saying which ones did or didn't get unlocked. I will also have a preorder store so people can still join and help unlock pins, too!

Hello All, thanks for all the amazing support my campaign has received thus far. I'm working on developing a few extra items, but with the tariff situation, understandably, I have to be more selective as I live in the USA. That being said, I'm trying to get some good stuff going before the campaign ends, and I'm also adding some things for the surveys! Thanks all :)
