Hello again backers, sorry for this update, but we have realized that some packages were sent out with incomplete orders. PLEASE email us ([email protected]) and let us know if you have received your package and you are missing any items. I will ship you whatever was left out, as soon as I can.

How did this happen? This is our first time using Backerkit and its fulfillment system, so we didn't realize when printing our shipping labels that although there is a packing list on the label, it had a character cutoff. That means that if you had more than 4 items in your order, Bee did not see those items on the packing list and therefore did not put them in your package. 

We apologize for the mistakes; we are learning the system and gaining XP for next time! We caught the mistake, but we've already fulfilled most of the orders. Packages shipping out after today will be correctly packed.
