Hi, I backed purely digital because I don't want anything physical shipped to me. In the pledge manager it says I am getting an exclusive art print as a bonus item. This sounds like a physical item. I don't want a physical item and I certainly don't want to pay shipping for one. I already contacted backerkit support, but got no answer. Can you please clarify if this is a physical item, and if yes, can you please remove it from my digital-only order? Thank you!

There doesn't appear to be a way to pledge the retail tier, though it is listed on the campaign/story page!
