Project Update: 9 Days Left! ⏳ 85% of Surveys Complete – Action Required
Hello everyone!
We are officially in the home stretch. As of today, 487 out of 570 of you have completed your surveys. That’s a stellar 85% completion rate!
We have 9 days left before we lock orders on April 15th. If you haven't finished yours yet, please take a moment to finalize your selections so we can keep our fulfillment timeline on track.

Project Update: 77% Survey Completion & April 15th Deadline!
Hi everyone,
We are moving right along! As of today, 441 of 570 surveys have been completed. A huge thank you to everyone who has already locked in their shipping details and add-ons—it’s great to see so much progress as we head into April.
The Important Date: April 15th
If you are among the 129 backers who haven't finished your survey yet, please take a moment to do so. All surveys will officially lock on April 15th.
Why this matters:
- Shipping Accuracy: We need your finalized address to ensure your copy of the game gets to the right place this Fall.
- Production Totals: Finalizing surveys helps us confirm our exact production counts.
Action Required: Check Your Survey Status
All survey invites have now been sent out. If you don't see yours in your inbox, please search for "BackerKit" or "A Forlorn Hope."
A Note on Payment Issues: If you had a "hiccup" with your initial credit card processing during the campaign, your survey was still sent to you! However, you must go through the survey to update your payment method. Once your payment is resolved within the survey, you’ll be able to finalize your shipping and any add-ons.

Project Update: The Smoke Test is a Success! 📝 Surveys Coming Out Tomorrow

Our "Scouts" have reported back from the front! The majority of Smoke Test participants have already completed their surveys with zero issues reported.

The Full Advance: We are on schedule for the Full Release tomorrow, March 26th. Keep an eye on your inboxes—the remaining 520+ surveys will begin rolling out in waves!

Project Update: The Scouts are Out! 🪖 (Smoke Test Update)
Quick Heads Up:
We have officially triggered the Smoke Test! Approximately 5% of you (about 28 backers) should see a survey in your inbox within the next hour.
If you didn’t get an email: Don't worry—you aren't missing anything! You are part of the main battalion. We are just letting our "Scouts" identify any snags in the terrain first.
If you ARE a Scout: Please jump in, fill out your survey, and let us know if anything looks "off."
The Full Advance: Once we confirm the Smoke Test is clear, the remaining 95% of surveys will land on March 26th.

Project Update: Survey Timeline 📝
A quick check-in from the front lines!
First, another massive thank you to all 552 of you for an incredible campaign finish. We are hard at work finalizing the pledge manager to ensure everything is ready for the next phase.
The Survey Schedule
Our target date for all backer surveys is March 26th. However, you may see an email from BackerKit a day or two earlier. We will be sending out a small batch of surveys first for "testing" purposes to ensure that everything is working perfectly before we trigger the final send to everyone.
When you receive your survey, you will be able to:
- Provide your shipping location: Don't worry if you are planning a move; you will still be able to update this address later this year before we lock the manifest for fulfillment.
- Add extra copies: If you want to grab another copy of A Forlorn Hope for a friend, they will be available in the pledge manager for $84 each.
Payment Issues?
