I received a mail from Whalebacker after I had contacted them, granted it did take sometime. I've also had emails from FedEx confirming my order is on the way and I should have it late next week. Contact whalebacker if you're still waiting on your order.

Contacting Whalebacker indeed seems to be the solution. I received my order 7 days after using their contact form. And that's from US to Germany. Given that exemplary performance, it makes you wonder how Source Point Press fucked this up so badly. Don't get too excited if you're a first printing backer, though: the signed, limited run (x out of 400) slipcase does indeed not fit the first printing at all, it's far too slim.

Forgot to menetion that I'm in the UK and my order is coming in from the US.
