Great news, one big batch of orders went out yesterday, and more will be going out today and even more packages will be shipped on Monday!

If your order has shipped, you should have tracking numbers, both from Backerkit and PirateShip.

Hi all! Smoke test surveys have gone out, and I'll be sending the rest of the surveys out shortly, so keep an eye on those inboxes.

 

Feel free to add on any additional items you might have missed out on during the campaign.

I've done my best to calculate shipping accurately, but I'll be giving all the shipping fees a double check before your cards are charged and orders are locked. This this will be happen quickly so I can get those packages shipping ASAP! 

Shipping estimates posted during the campaign remain accurate, despite holiday surcharge shipping fees. 

I'm still offering Local Pickup for those of you in the Denver, Colorado area. Details to follow if you select this option.

SENDING ORDERS
 

I will begin packing orders as soon as those surveys come through and payments come in; once funds have been released to me, I will begin shipping! You should receive tracking numbers within the next few days!

We are giving every chance for these to arrive before the 25th, but ultimately shipping speeds are dependent on USPS, so please be patient with the holiday rush.

 

Surveys are only going out to pledge payments that have been successful so please make sure to check your account to see if your initial pledge payment went through OK. Likewise with postage costs, if these fail I won't be able to mail out anything until they clear so please keep an eye out for any failed payments etc. Usually these are easily corrected.

If you encounter any issues during the survey, or have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out - an e-mail to [email protected] is best!

Hey everyone!

Thank you so much for participating in the Whimsical Whiskers' Holiday Market as part of BackerKit's first ever Holiday Market! This is just a quick heads up about what to expect next.

You should have already received (or will very shortly) a message from BackerKit confirming that the event has ended and that they'll be charging your card soon. I should start getting reports shortly about which cards have gone through and if any have issues to resolve. Keep in mind that ours was one of over 160 Holiday Market projects, all of which ended at the same time today, so it may take a bit of time for all the cards to get processed!

After cards go through, I'll send out your survey and details about how to claim your rewards. If your card has any issues, I'll reach out to you directly to help get that resolved ASAP.

Remember, your cards will be charged now-ish (at the end of the campaign) AND for shipping-- after the survey is complete and before everything ships. 

If you are close to the Denver/Lakewood, Colorado area, there will be a Local Pickup option. If you choose local pickup, I'll communicate with you directly to arrange those details.

There may be a few of the special, limited items available as add-ons during the survey, since we had a few backers drop towards the end. This happens sometimes, BUT... it might mean that you get to pick up one of the REALLY limited stock items. 

If there's anything you forgot to add during the market, or something that caught your eye since, you will be able to add extras in the pledge manager.

I've also added a gift wrapping option, so if you choose to add that your Dream Guardians will arrive all wrapped and ready for gifting--one less thing to worry about before the holidays this year!
