Project Update: 📖 Victim TRPG – Production Update
Hello everyone,
Thank you so much for your continued support and encouragement. We’re excited to share our latest progress update on Victim TRPG with you!
✨ Current Progress
- The English version of the manuscript has been fully completed.
- Our next step is translating the book into Thai, ensuring that both versions maintain the proper tone, atmosphere, and investigative horror feel of the game.
- At the same time, our art team is working on additional interior illustrations to further enhance the mood and immersive experience inside the book.
🗓 Estimated Timeline
- We expect all written content and illustrations to be completed around May.
- Layout and book design are scheduled to begin in June.
- If everything proceeds smoothly, we will move forward with the printing process immediately afterward.

Project Update: 🎉 The Campaign Has Ended — Thank You So Much! ❤️

The Victim TRPG campaign has officially come to an end — and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single backer who supported, shared, encouraged, and believed in this project.
Because of you, Victim TRPG has become a reality.

🔒 Stretch Goal Update
Although we were not able to unlock the next Stretch Goal this time, please don’t be discouraged — we have exciting plans ahead.
🚀 Coming in 2026: Victim — Remastered (Board Game) + TRPG Campaign
In 2026, we will be launching Victim: Remastered, a completely enhanced edition of the Victim board game featuring:
- updated gameplay systems
- improved art direction
- refined components
- expanded story elements
Alongside it, we will also launch the next Victim TRPG crowdfunding campaign.
And here’s the good news:
⭐ The incomplete Stretch Goal from this campaign will carry over into the next project!

BackerKit will process your credit card within the next 14 days, based on the pledge level you selected during the campaign.
During this period, our team will be taking a short break while also preparing for the next stages of production — organizing assets, refining schedules, and planning the steps required to start building the final book.

📚 Digital PDFs & Pledge Manager Timeline
- Once the main book is completed — including any unlocked Stretch Goals — we will begin delivering the PDF version to backers via email first.
- Around this coming February, we plan to open the Pledge Manager. At that time, we will:
- collect your shipping addresses, and
- open up shipping fee payment for physical rewards.
More details will be shared in future monthly updates as we get closer to these milestones.

A quiet, peaceful town begins to unravel when a string of mysterious disappearances strikes.
But the true horror begins when the missing… come back. They look the same. They speak the same. They remember everything they should.
