Hey everyone,

First off thank you for sticking with us. I know it’s been far too long since the last update, and I completely understand the frustration and concern that comes with that. 

Over the past few months, we’ve been deep in the final stages of getting everything out the door. What should have been a straightforward final stretch turned into a bit of a perfect storm shipping disruptions, tariff complications (especially around the US), and even situations like Canada Post temporarily refusing certain UK shipments. None of that changes the outcome you expected, but I want to be transparent about why things slowed down.

The important part is this: we are now at the very end.

The latest batches are complete, and we’re currently packing and dispatching the remaining 30–40 orders. Everything is now moving out. 

A large number of you should start receiving your orders over the next week or so, if you haven’t already.  That doesn’t excuse the silence, but it does explain where the time has gone.

I genuinely appreciate the patience especially from those of you who have been waiting the longest. We’re nearly there now, and I’m focused on getting every single remaining order out and into your hands.
