Lost Kingdoms includes

20 new items, with 11 magic items and 9 trinkets
10 new audio clips, including ambient loops and one shot sounds
2 new instant NPCs with portraits, backgrounds, and role playing hooks
This is a large expansion and it will make the Encounter Creator and Instant NPC tools even more flexible.
