We’ve got something exciting to share - factory production samples have arrived, and they’re in hand! We’re really happy with how these turned out. Right now, the team is focused on reviewing every detail and making sure everything meets the quality standards we’ve set for Valley of the Kings: Ultimate Edition.

January's coming to an end soon, we were a little too aggressive in our timelines. Since our last update, we had to figure out a small issue on the manufacturing-side for the sarcophagus boxes.
Everything has been resolved. However, we had to get a new final sample to approve. Here are some images of it + a quick video of a manufacturing-run sample. Our factory has told us that they will be shipping before the Chinese New Year, but that still means around another 1-2 months before we are receiving product into our warehouse.
We're really proud of the product and decided to put in the extra time to make it right. We've also learned a lot about manufacturing deluxe wooden boxes so this sort of delay shouldn't happen in the future.
The next steps have not changed, and we will not be locking in addresses, until product is received in our warehouse. At that time we'll confirm addresses and lock in final shipping. Thank you again for your patience.

I hope everyone that celebrates had a great Thanksgiving holiday. I don't really have a lot to share today other than the fact that the games are being manufactured and we're waiting as patiently as possible. I do have a few images to share with everyone though!

The insert tray has been redesigned to evenly balance the weight of the cards, and the tray thickness has been tripled, to create a super sturdy storage tray.

I am continuing to lock any orders (that have not already been locked) as they come in, and also charging cards for anything added in the pledge manager. When we have stock of product in our warehouse, we will lock in addresses.

As planned, we have now sent out to lock any orders (that have not already been locked), and notification has gone out that we'll be charging cards for anything added in the pledge manager after the original campaign pledge.
Manufacturing has begun of all the items, and we're now in the first waiting stage as everything gets made, the second waiting stage will be after when it is shipping overseas by boat. We’re continuing to do everything we can to be able to ship the campaign in January 2026, and will keep you updated each step as things progress!

We are really happy with the way everything fits together. We only had a few comments that we sent back to the manufacturer, so we’re hoping to see these implemented and be moving forward with approvals very soon.

This final section hasn’t changed since our last update, but the next step we will be taking is charging all cards. There will be a 48-hour notice email sent before cards are charged. Then, as we get closer to shipping, we will lock in addresses, and at that time Shipping will be charged.
