Fulfillment is still well underway--and we've made good progress. Here's where things stand:

- United States: Largely complete, but still processing some late pledge manager completed orders. If you don't have your package, you can reach out to me at
- Rest of the World: Largely, but still processing some late pledge manager completed orders. International shipping through Pirateship can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks (sent the games out two weeks ago), so reach out in a few weeks if you don't receive something. This is a reminder that ROW orders are not customs-friendly, so you may need to navigate some additional fees or logistics depending on your country's customs rules.
- Canada: Ratti Incantati has imported the books into Canada. Fulfillment should begin next week.
- United Kingdom/European Union: The games have been held in UK Customs for the last 7 days (I shipped two large boxes from the US to London for fulfillment). UPS strangely reported that the packages were out for delivery, but closer investigation from a UPS agent indicates they have not cleared UK customs yet. For a moment, we were worried the packages had been lost when they didn't arrive. I'll continue to update you on the situation, and I hope it resolves soon. In the worst-case scenario, we can reprint the games in the UK.
- Digital Fulfillment: I'm a bit behind on digital fulfillment after spending several hours updating other Cloud Empress titles in DriveThruRpg, and playtesting at a local convention. My plan is to upload and distribute digital copies in the next two weeks. Thanks for your patience.
