Flying Cloud began fulfillment today, so keep an eye out for your pamphlets. 

Again, I must reiterate: if you haven't filled out your survey, nothing is on its way to you because I don't have an address on file. So if you're one of the 5 people that has not answered the survey, or whose card was declined, make sure you get everything squared away. 

Thanks for your patience. I know that some are upset about the price of shipping considering this is just a pamphlet, but I'm afraid all I can do is just learn from this and not ship out pamphlets again (or bundle them with three other pamphlets or bigger books). The quote given to me is industry standard for the continental United States. So, my apologies, and my thanks, and my promise that if you continue to support my work, we won't run into this again.
