Welcome to the Black & Gold Cat Pin Collection, a curated gathering of elegant curiosities where mystery is treasured, not feared. Each cat is adorned with symbolic accessories such as moons, wings, books, keys, and lanterns, suggesting hidden roles in a quiet, magical world. Crafted in deep black enamel with polished gold detailing, every pin feels like a collectible artifact from a forgotten archive. This collection is created for collectors who find beauty in shadows and meaning in fine details.

Hard enamel pins (lapel pins/brooch) are decorative art that can be worn or otherwise displayed. They have raised metal lines forming the 'line art' and the recessed sections between the lines are filled with colorful hard enamel. The piece is then polished smoothly so it can be at the same level as the metal lines.
In our campaign, we have five locked pins that we're excited to unveil as stretch goals. As our campaign reaches certain milestones, we'll unlock these pins for backers to add to their collection. These pins will feature unique designs that we know you'll love, and we can't wait to share them with you. The Collector’s Mark is a customizable black and gold, 2 inch in width, label pin, hand-carved with care, designed as a timeless insignia for those who value the rare and the personal. Plated in ornate gold detailing, it allows you to add your own name, word, or short phrase, transforming the pin into a unique mark of ownership or identity. The text can be up to 27 characters, including spaces. If the text exceeds 9 characters, it will be split into two lines, and when it goes beyond 18 characters, it will be elegantly arranged into three lines for balance and readability. Designed to be worn or displayed, the Collector’s Mark can also be used as a label for your own collection, like a catalog tag from a forgotten archive.
Our reward tiers are intentionally limited, featuring only the most essential and carefully selected options to keep the campaign clear and focused. If you wish to collect more, additional pins and stickers are available through the Add-Ons section, allowing you to build your collection at your own pace without overwhelming choices.
Alongside this, three types of stickers are available to match your style and needs:
1. Matte Self-Adhesive Vinyl Stickers Perfect for laptops, journals, and smooth surfaces, with a smooth matte finish and easy application.
2. Iron-On Garment Sticker Sheet Designed for clothing, tote bags, and fabric items, these are easy to apply with an iron and durable through multiple washes. Each sheet includes 6 different individual stickers.
3. Glow-in-the-Dark Stickers These designs charge in the light and glow in the dark, adding a magical, spooky touch to notebooks, walls, or accessories.

Please note that there will be a $5 shipping fee for USA backers. For other countries, shipping will be calculated with an estimated cost of $8. This fee will be collected after the successful completion of the project. This ensures secure and timely delivery of your rewards once the campaign concludes, allowing us to provide you with the best shipping experience possible.

Refund Policy: We offer full refunds with no questions asked for any pledges, as long as the request is submitted within 14 days after the campaign ends. After this period, no refunds will be issued for any reason. If you do not complete your survey or fail to pay the required shipping costs, your pledge will be treated as a donation to the project, and no rewards will be sent.
Shipping and Taxes: Shipping costs will be collected separately through BackerKit’s pledge manager, approximately two weeks after the campaign ends. Shipping is not included in your current pledge. You will be asked to confirm your address and pay for shipping when you complete your survey. All items will be shipped from India. You are responsible for any VAT, IOSS, customs duties, or local import taxes that apply in your country. If you do not pay the shipping fee or applicable taxes, your rewards will not be shipped, and your pledge will not be refunded. This policy has been clearly stated since the beginning of the campaign.
Fulfillment and Survey Deadline: Once surveys are sent, you will have 21 days to complete yours. A reminder will be sent 48 hours before responses are locked.
If you do not complete your survey within that time, your rewards will be forfeited and your pledge will be treated as a donation to the project. As mentioned in the refund policy, no refunds will be issued after this point for uncompleted surveys. Details about fulfillment and deadlines will be shared in campaign updates as we move into the shipping phase.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items: You will have 30 days after receiving your package to report any damaged or missing items to [email protected]. For lost or misdelivered packages, please contact us within 60 days from the shipping date for all orders.
Backer Responsibility: Backers are responsible for providing a valid and up-to-date email address on BackerKit and reading all project updates, which will include important information and deadlines. Tracking information will be emailed to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier if any issues arise with delivery.
Collector’s Mark's Text Customization Terms & Conditions: Custom text submitted for the Collector’s Mark must be respectful and non-offensive. Text that includes or promotes racist, religiously hateful, gender-biased, discriminatory, abusive, or ableist language, as well as harassment or hate speech of any kind, is strictly not allowed. Any text that violates BackerKit’s Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines will also be rejected. We reserve the right to deny, modify, or request a replacement for any submitted text that does not meet these requirements. These guidelines are in place to ensure the Collector’s Mark remains an inclusive and respectful item for all backers.
What It Means to Back a Project: Backing this campaign is a pledge of support for a creative project. It is not a direct purchase. We are dedicated to doing everything we can to fulfill the rewards as planned, and we’ve successfully completed eight previous campaigns. Your support plays a vital role in bringing this project to life.
Note on USA Tariffs: Since these pins are made in India and the U.S. has recently removed the de minimis exemption, there is a small chance your package could be charged a tariff on arrival. It is still unclear whether this will apply to small, low-value parcels like ours. In our previous campaigns shipped after the tariff rule changes, U.S. backers were not required to pay any tariffs, as we absorbed applicable duties from our side wherever possible. However, if any additional customs duties, tariffs, or taxes are applied by U.S. customs beyond this, they will remain the responsibility of the recipient.
