Before we begin shipping, we just need a few quick things from you to make sure everything goes smoothly: 

Please confirm your shipping address
Kindly double-check your shipping address. You’ll have 48 hours to review or update it if needed. After that, we’ll lock addresses and start shipping rewards. 

A few surveys are still incomplete
If you haven’t completed your survey yet, please do so as soon as possible. We won’t be able to ship your rewards without it. 

Shipping fee payment issues
Some backers have errored cards for the shipping fee. If this applies to you, please update your payment information to avoid any shipping delays.
