Thanks so much for the majority of you guys filling out your surveys quickly! Because of this, I was able to place the pin order sooner than scheduled. As of writing, we're only waiting on 3 1 backer to complete theirs.

Since the order is fairly small, my manu should be able to knock it out in a few weeks. We're looking at a possible ahead-of-schedule fulfillment in July, but I'll keep you all updated :)

Next Backerkit update— When pins are completed and on their way to me ♥

Howdy hey puppy gang!

Just a quick update to let you all know that surveys have started rolling out! They will close on June 7th, so be sure to fill yours out by then to guarantee you get the rewards you want.

Cards won't charge for survey add-ons/shipping until pins are finished and on their way to me. And you'll still be able to edit your address after surveys close.

I also made tiny revisions to Rocky's and Dusty's art to minimize problem areas during their pin production. Rocky's face marking points were shortened and Dusty's back spike closest to their head was removed. I've also decided against screenprinting to keep the style consistent among all the Puppysaurs. So here's the final designs for everyone!

We’re nearing the final days of the campaign, so here is some important info as we transition to post-campaign!

I'll just order less pins or cover the rest out-of-pocket. Since this is the final Puppysaurs campaign, I want everyone to be able to get the ones they want :)

Once it ends, Backerkit typically charges payment methods within 24-72 hours. I do not offer refunds, so be sure to adjust or cancel your pledge before then!

If this happens, you will receive an email from Backerkit informing you of the failure with instructions on how to fix it. Backerkit will attempt to recharge your payment method ~7 days after the initial charge, and then ~14 days.

Backerkit will send out surveys via email around May 28th (some of you may get them a day or two before this to help me discover any issues or errors). This is where you’ll be able to see any freebies you qualify for, choose your pledge rewards, pick any other add-ons you’d like, and fill out your address.

You will also confirm your payment method for the shipping costs, which will be charged closer to fulfillment. If you add other add-ons to your order, you will be charged for them at the same time as your shipping cost. Don’t worry, I’ll post an update and send an email warning before you’re charged for shipping costs so it’s not a surprise. You will still be able to update your address until right before I begin shipping.
