Happy end of April! Here's our monthly update with the Mochimon project~ 
Thank you all so much for all of your patience!

So as of today, I have received sample #1 for all designs -
These were approved to be mass-produced: Please note that dragonite has a WIP over it because Dragonite is 90% done, but I wanted one slight color change, but dragonite is pretty much done otherwise.

Everyone else seen here has been approved to go into mass production (except dragonite, honestly I just wanted to show how cute he is... yaaaay).
 

For the designs that ARE NOT listed here, I received sample #1 for them and was kind of "we can do better". So I ask for a little more time as I go around looking for color changes or slight edits to their designs to make them perfect. They should have new samples sometime in May and I'll be working to see if we can approve of them then. Otherwise, these little babies above are done (minus dragonite) and I hope you like them! 

I'm sure that many of you are aware and have heard this like a broken record from the artists that you've been supporting, but tariffs have greatly affected all small businesses, including mine. Rest assured that I will not be asking for any more payment from what you've agreed to pay for this project, but it may affect future projects as well as the time-line for this project.

Initially I had estimated that shipping would begin in LATE AUGUST and this is still going according to plan. I do not see this being pushed back as I actually padded in extra time since many of us artists already had a spidey-sense that things would go awry. However I know that the political climate is constantly evolving and constantly changing so while I'm aware that things can change - I do think that the late August shipment would not be an issue for me. 

I do want to let you know that because things are constantly evolving, once the pins are finished, if things continue to be shaking back and forth and chaos ensues, then there may be a delay in which I will communicate with you as the backers. Nevertheless, we will do the best that we can!

Hi hi howdy everyone! This is just an end of month update (well it's April now but ignore that).
The entire month of March was dedicated to refining blueprints and fixing everything and getting all colors, line-art, etc. approved by the manufacturer. The entire cost of manufacturing for the base project has already been paid for and is undergoing sampling now!

We initially went for just one first - pachirisu - to check on the line thickness. I like how Pachirisu came out so she's gone into mass production now while we work on the other samples!! 

Thanks so much for everyone who left survey responses about what Mochimon you'd like to see next.
I saw a lot of people asking for Alolan starters and Rowlet is a personal favorite of mine so I've already drafted some goofy guys. I'll probably work on touching them up slightly.

I do want to put them into production right now but I'm not sure if there's going to be demand for them. Let me know if any of you would be interested in them and I can think about putting them into production!

I may need to tinker more with Poppolio's face and head-shape but I really like how Rowlet and Litten came out <3 I may want to do Victini soon as well since I was surprised, but soooo many people asked for Victini as well!

If you asked for other Pokemon - I know there were MANY other popular choices that I hadn't mentioned in this post - but don't worry I've compiled a massive list and I'll work on getting them sorted to hopefully be made in the future. Nobody asked for it but I also wanted to do a cosmog with UV gradient and recessed details - maybe glow in the dark eyes?! I think that'd be fun and cute. :-) Thank you all for your support on this project. I'm making sure that everything is the best that I can give you all.

Most demanded in survey (so far within the 68% answers)

I have decided that I likely won't be making more of Tepig and Snivy after they have sold out after in-hands and they are LE50~75 (Tepig will be LE50, Snivy will be LE75). Closed-mouth Jirachi is guaranteed that it will not be stocked after sold out and is LE50. Both Mews perform well and will both be stocked in the future, all others will also be stocked in the future~ 

As long as there's a demand for more pins in my style, I will do my best to make more Mochimon pins!!! ^^ Thank you for all of the love and support!

Hello everyone!

My apologies for the delay as I was supposed to update early this week, it's been very busy preparing for everything and finalizing all of the blueprints and drafts for multiple of my projects so it's been a bit chaotic.

I wanted to reach out to touch base with everyone with with where we're at.

First I wanted to go with the survey - the survey is what happens after the campaign is completed and it's where you answer some questions about your address and which pins you'd like, as well as go through the add-on section where you can add on more pins or items to your order. I've noticed some issues with my survey and have been going back and forth with Backerkit's team to help resolve the issues so that it's not confusing and runs as smoothly as possible for everyone! I'm still resolving everything and will send it out as soon as possible. I appreciate the patience from everyone! :D

I've also sent emails to anyone with failed payments. There's very few of you with failed payments, so please keep in mind that you will have until Feb 27 to fix this! I've sent an email with instructions and a walkthrough of how to fix your payment in the case that you are one of the few with failed payments. Please try to fix them as soon as possible!

Finally...

 

The espeon/umbreon design is finalized! We have a cute pairing of the two eeveelutions in one single pin.
It will be 1.6 inches large (approximately 1.6 x 1.6 inch). it will be at a discounted price of $17, unlocks at 20 purchases! I went through so many variations and drafts of this pin to finally get it to a point where I like it. :-) These will be available through the add-on section when the survey is sent out later! Keep in mind as a reminder that it is not a selectable item through your standard Mochimon pin, you'll have to add on this one in the add-on's separately. It will also be in the pre-order store the same time as the survey is launched if anyone is interested in picking it up but wasn't a backer!

You will not be charged unless 20 people also check-out with the item, so when the survey comes out please go ahead and add it to your cart and check-out. The charge will go through when 20 people check out with it. If it doesn't meet the funding goals then you will not be charged for it! 

I will continue to work on the survey and will get it out as soon as possible, thank you everyone!

One last Mochimon to show. This is one pin with both Umbreon and Espeon.

Upon checking out and paying for your pledge, there will be an option to unlock a design afterwards to add to your pledge. The way it works is that X amount of people must add the pin to their cart in order for it to be unlocked. This helps me secure funding for this last Mochimon pin and also expresses interest to me to make this pin fund. If the pin does not secure funding then you will not be charged for this design.

I hope to finalize the design as soon as possible, the design will be revealed and announced when the surveys go out next week. Yes they look a little wonky right now as I tinker with their designs. I just wanted to show the concept and let you know to be on the look-out for one last Mochimon pin during the survey next week.
