Jeffrey L. Shipley is an independent publisher and writer and the founder of Unpopular Publications. Through this press, he publishes literary and genre zines, including the critically acclaimed Tales of Blood and Roses, for which he also serves as editor-in-chief and a contributing writer. His short fiction has appeared in Coming Together: Hungry for Your Love, Horror Sleaze Trash, Dark Vigil: Obliterate, and numerous other independent publications. He was once invited to recite the works of Edgar Allan Poe at the Baltimore Poe House. He resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
