Well hi there, I'm the Oakley behind the Oakley's Creations! Welcome to my Backerkit profile!

I'm primarily a Fursuit Maker, Illustrator, and Animator, and have been doing artworks of various sorts since 2016. Oakley's Creations has a growing collection of merch, including apparel, but my most recent venture is in the plush toy world! I aim to create various soft creatures for comfort, collectors, and entertainment alike!
It has been my passion since I was a child to bring characters to life; for people to find comfort, relatability, or just something that is alive to them in my works of art. Having socialization and expression be an ongoing hurdle in my life beyond paper, I have always found it important to find and create connections where and how I can... I allow that to inspire the characters I create and the life I breathe into everything I create!

Every character design or create on a client's behalf are all made with love, and there is no exception to the plushie works I've started to create! Currently Oakley's Creations is seeking to start a line of sensory-friendly plushies to appeal to those seeking a cuddly friend, but I'm hoping to expand above and beyond and try other unique and expressive plushies and merch along my journey! I hope you all can find companionship-- or whatever else you seek!-- in the characters I bring to life, as they have for me!
