Travis Fauber was born in West Virginia in 1978. He still resides there with his wife, Mariah, their daughter, and their two cats, Dr. House and Happy. His passion for fantasy and gaming began in third grade when his dad
made a photocopy of his friend's Moldvay Basic D&D rulebook.
He attended Marshall University to study Education, History, and Literature. His time at the university honed his academic skills and fostered his passion for lifelong learning and critical thinking.
Travis has earned multiple Copper and Silver bestseller awards for his products on DriveThruRPG. He has also received several awards for his fantasy miniature painting and is a three-time winner of the Dragonslayer RPG Dungeon Design competition. His work can be found on both the DM’s Guild and DriveThruRPG.
During the day, he works as an IT analyst and
independent insurance agent. He dedicates his mornings to creating and enjoying a cup of coffee.
