Hey everyone!
Just a super quick status update: I have just placed the final order for this project, based on the survey responses so far. I waited until the surveys were about 75% in, extrapolated from there and put on a generous amount to account for defects, late surveys and and extra pre-orders that may come in.

Unsurprisingly, Inky Cap and Fly Agaric meows were by far the most popular picks, projected to come out at 120 pieces selected! Whew. Most others average at around 50-60 pieces which is not bad at all. The mini mushrooms were overall the least popular set but I expected that much, still every design got picked enough (least popular projected to be about 15) so I consider them all a success, yay!

What happens now:
- Manu and I will work on the proofs for the final production (until Mid march, probably)
- Mass production may take 2-3 months up until ~June
- Pins will be shipped to me (~June)
- Your cards will be charged for shipping & add-ons (~June)
- I will break my back grading and packing all pins (~July)
- Your addresses will be locked (~July)
- Fulfillment! (~July)

Hello everyone!

Good news — the surveys have been approved by BackerKit, and I’ve figured out how to enable Charge Shipping Later and add the Tariff Fee afterward as well. I’ll be sending out the smoke test shortly. About 5% of backers will receive it first to make sure everything works properly. If there are no issues, I’ll send the survey to the rest of the backers in about a week.

Hi all,

Just sent surveys out to every one so make sure to check your inboxes. Remember, this is the ONLY way I can make sure you get your rewards as this is where you'll indicate what you want and where you want it shipped.

Miss something from the campaign? You can add additional items to your pack through the add-on shop link that is in the survey.

Qualify for collabs with either the one I did with Cosmic Cadoodle and/or the Cat-tastic banner? Those things will automatically be added.

I'll be charging cards for shipping and additional add ons added during the surveys around March 17th.

Also, I know there's a time lapse between answering the survey and when orders go out. Addresses can be updated if you move suddenly. I'll lock them down when I'm getting ready to ship and you'll get a 48 hour notification when that happens.

I've had a few of you reach out to me with concerns for wanting the 'going postal' pin but it not being included in the survey. This is entirely my fault that it's not available for those who just backed medium pins. I had intended it to be included in the surveys for only the tiers it was a part of and I don't think I was clear on that. I do apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. 

I can't go through and redo the survey questions to include this pin without having to reset everyone's surveys and have you all fill them out again. If you would like to replace one of your medium pins from the survey with the 'Going Postal' pin, please email me at [email protected]. Include the name of the pin you want to trade out, your name on backerkit and the email you use for backerkit. This way I can make sure I have your survey and no one elses. 
To be clear this is not getting the pin as a freebie. This is replacing another medium pin from the survey.

There are still about 24 surveys out that I'm waiting on, which is great! I'll be locking orders on March 19th, which is about 12 days from now. Please be sure to get those filled out ASAP!

Hi All!!

Thank you so much for everyone's patience!! I have finally got the surveys sent out and the pre-order store opened. If you were not able to back during the campaign, you can pick up any goodies you like there~!

If you run into any trouble with your survey, please feel free to reach out via email and I will get back to you ASAP within the next few business days. Since I sent the survey out over the weekend, I will be checking my email  tonight and tomorrow if any questions come in too.

I apologize that the international shipping is a bit high. I've tried different options to calculate the rates, but regardless if I put in a polymailer or a box, the price isn't changing. 

The surveys will be open for about two weeks, and after that time I will try to finalize the counts and get the order started. 

Things should be pretty quiet until then. 

With all that said, I hope everyone enjoys their weekend! (I'll try to have a lil doodle or something for the next update!)

So far the smoke test is going well. 7 out of the 12 have been answered. I'm going to wait one more day here to see if I can get a few more responses to be doubly sure everything works as right now, we're just over  50% answered. I'll send out tomorrow night after I get off work.

Once the surveys have gone out, please make sure to answer as this is the only way I can get rewards to you! If you still have a failed payment, drop me a message and we can figure out how to get it fixed.

I'm hoping to have a good handle on quantities so I can put in the order by mid-March. The factory already has all the designs and we've proofed the artwork so they're just waiting on the final totals from me so the faster we complete the surveys, the faster we can get production going. :)

I just got the approval to start sending out the surveys from Backerkit. I'll be doing a smoke test where it goes out to a very small percentage of backers first and if that clears with no issues, I'll then send the rest. I'm aiming to have all surveys out by end of this week. I'll post an update when they go out. :)
